These Terms of Sale govern purchases made from Jeremy Hoye Limited. By placing an order through our website or directly with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Prices

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable on the date of dispatch.
Prices are payable in full, without deduction or set-off.
Delivery charges are additional unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order by credit/debit card or by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £10.00 plus VAT per consignment unless otherwise advertised.
We may occasionally offer free delivery promotions.
International orders are accepted; customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges applied in their country.

5. Order Cancellation

For online purchases, customers have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see our Returns Policy).
Bespoke, personalised, or engraved items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
No other cancellation charges apply.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.
Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, refunds or replacements will be processed in line with our Returns Policy.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing faults, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects.
Remedies are:
1. Repair (primary remedy)
2. Replacement with the same or comparable item if repair is not viable
3. Refund only if repair or replacement is not possible and the claim is made within 30 days of receipt (as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Warranty claims must follow the process in our Warranty & Aftercare Policy.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for shipping items back to us. We cover the cost of returning repaired or replaced items to UK addresses; international return shipping charges may apply.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

8. Title

Ownership of goods remains with Jeremy Hoye Limited until payment has been received in full.
Until paid in full, customers must ensure goods are adequately insured.

9. Copyright

All website content (text, images, and designs) is the property of Jeremy Hoye Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

We take care to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Variations in natural materials such as gemstones or metals are normal.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
