How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can't guarantee every item is in stock.
If the item is in stock we ship within 2 business days.
If the item is out of stock we aim to ship within 3 weeks.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship pieces all across the world. shipping costs will be calculated based on location at checkout.
What if I don't know my finger size?
If you are ordering for yourself or another person please don't guess the finger size.
We have an option on the product page dropdown for 'Size' which says 'Send me a ring sizer'.
We will send out a ring sizer free of charge so you can get it right the first time around.
What is your returns policy?
Although we are confident you will love your piece. We offer 30 day returns on all items that are returned in their original condition.
