Returns Policy

This policy applies to items purchased online. Please contact us directly for details of our in-store returns policy.

Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the price paid for the item(s) plus the standard delivery charge. Any upgraded delivery charges (e.g. express or next-day) are non-refundable.

Our Goodwill Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer customers up to 30 days from receiving goods to return items purchased online for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging and proof of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. For confirmed faulty items, we cover reasonable return postage.

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Custom, bespoke, or personalised items, including engraved pieces.

  • Items returned after 30 days.

Exchanges and Sizing

If you order the wrong size, items may be exchanged if returned within 30 days, unworn and with all packaging and proof of purchase. Where resizing is required, this service is chargeable. If you are unsure of your ring size, please select the option for a ring sizer when placing your order.

Gifts

Refunds for returned gifts will be made to the original purchaser using the original method of payment.

Delivery Issues

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier or postal service will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

International Orders

Some countries may apply duties, taxes, or clearance charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you need more information.
