Survey Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for taking part in our survey. By participating and receiving a gift card code, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Gift card codes are issued only to customers who complete the survey.

• Each customer is eligible for one gift card code per survey campaign.

• Multiple codes cannot be combined, and only one code may be used per order.

2. Gift Card Value & Redemption

• Gift card codes apply a fixed monetary value towards your next order.

• Each code requires a minimum purchase threshold to redeem. Thresholds may vary depending on the value of the gift card.
  For example, gift cards of different values will each have their own minimum spend requirement (e.g. a £200 gift card could require a £1,000 minimum spend).

• Codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Codes can only be used once and are valid for a single order.

• Gift card codes may be displayed immediately upon completing the survey and/or sent to the email address provided.

3. Restrictions

• Gift card codes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Codes cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards, or promotional offers.

• Codes are issued to the recipient’s email/account (or shown on-screen) and are non-transferable.

4. Returns & Cancellations

• If an order placed using a gift card code is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the gift card will not be reissued.

5. General

• We reserve the right to update, change, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of gift card codes (including unauthorised sharing or resale) may result in cancellation of the code.
