First Order Discount – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Jeremy Hoye first-order discount promotion (“Offer”). By signing up to our mailing list and redeeming a discount code, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to new email subscribers only.

• Limit of one discount code per person and per email address.

• The code may only be used on your first completed order.

2. Discount Levels & Minimum Spend

The discount applied depends on your order value (excluding shipping charges and taxes where applicable):

• £50 off orders of £300 or more

• £75 off orders of £450 or more

• £100 off orders of £600 or more

Subscribers will be allocated one discount code at random. Only one code may be redeemed per person.

3. Validity Period

• The discount code is valid for 30 days from the time it is generated and sent to you.

• After this period the code will expire automatically and cannot be extended.

• All times are governed by UK time (GMT/BST).

4. Redemption

• Codes are single-use only and must be entered at checkout.

• The code cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, or discount.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If you return part of your order, the refund you receive will reflect the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s).

• Discounts are allocated on a pro-rata basis across all items in the order.

• If a return reduces your order below the minimum spend threshold, the corresponding discount will no longer apply and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations remain unaffected.

6. International Orders

• Thresholds are set in GBP (£) and applied to the product value in GBP.

• For customers paying in another currency, equivalent thresholds are calculated automatically at checkout based on the prevailing exchange rate.

• Local taxes and duties may apply depending on your country of delivery.

7. Abuse of Promotion

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where the Offer is being abused, including but not limited to:

• Multiple sign-ups by the same individual or household;

• Use of disposable or fraudulent email addresses;

• Automated or bulk sign-ups;

• Resale or unauthorised distribution of discount codes.

8. General

• Jeremy Hoye reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
